MEET THE FOUNDER + lead facilitator

Hey, I'm Amy!

I help water-loving women heal their relationship with their bodies, master their minds, and feel fully at home in their own skin.

Through hypnotherapy, somatic tools and ocean-inspired practices, I guide women to release stress, reconnect with themselves and ride the waves of life with confidence.

I geek out on Blue Mind Theory - the science behind the magic of blue spaces and how being near, in, on or under water can completely transform the way we feel. I’m on a mission to chase the world’s bluest spaces and bring all those peaceful, healing vibes straight to the studio!

I created the Break the Surface Studio as a fun, supportive and safe space to nurture your mind, body, and spirit - and I can’t wait for you to dive in and thrive with us x

Are all the sessions live, and what time?

There will be a combination of live calls and pre-recorded sessions. The live calls will be scheduled inside the private membership area with a zoom link, and the times and days will vary depending on my/the guest facilitators timezone and schedule.

What if I can't attend the live calls?

No worries, every call is recorded and uploaded inside the private membership area. You can catch up anytime, and rewatch as many times as you want.

I'm not confident in group spaces, is this for me?

Absolutely. The Studio is intentionally gentle, warm and supportive. You’re never forced to share, you’re always held with compassion, and you can move at your own pace. Most members start quietly and naturally open up when they feel ready. You can leave your camera off if you feel more comfortable.

Do I need to be 'into the ocean'?

Nope, but the ocean-inspired tools make the work feel soothing, grounding and calming. If you enjoy getting outdoors and into nature, or just being around water, you’ll love this approach!

How much time do I need to invest a month?

About 2–4 hours per month. Take as much or as little as you like, but see this as something enjoyable and nourishing that integrates into your week, rather than just another thing you have to 'do'.

I'm really struggling mentally, do you think this will help?

Everything is trauma-informed, grounding and designed to help you feel more regulated and supported. However, The Studio is not designed as a replacement for medical or psychological advice. If you have any concerns, symptoms or conditions, please consult your doctor or qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your health, nutrition or wellness routine.

Can I work with you one to one?

Yes! I offer several ways to work with me directly, designed to support your healing journey. I also have a list of trusted referrals I can connect you with, so you can still get the support you need if I'm not available.
